Products are made to order and usually ship within 5-7 business days from date of order.
Bulk orders will ship in 10-14 business days or the time framed discussed at the time of purchase.
Thank you for choosing OTPST., if you are unhappy with your purchase we want to make it right. Customized goods are made to order and are only eligible for a return in the case of a defect. Please allow 1 week for your return to be received and processed. Most returns are processed within 3 business days of receipt in our warehouse. We will send you an email confirming your return has been processed. Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment.
