The perfect drink to remind you of a rainy London day.

Ingredients
- 1 Cup Boiling water
- 1 Sachet Earl Grey
- 1 Ounce London Fog Nitro Tea
- ¼ tsp Vanilla Syrup
- ¼ Cup milk (2% dairy or Soymilk)
Instructions
- Put Earl Grey Tea sachet and London Fog Nitro Tea or lavender flowers in a cup. Pour boiling water over it and let steep for 5 minutes.
- Pull tea sachet and pour into a serving mug.
- Add Vanilla Syrup and optional sweetener. *If you’re making it a Cocktail (Add Gin now)
- In the meantime, heat the milk, but do not let it boil.
- Whisk it with a milk frother, an immersion blender or a hand whisk until frothy.
- Pour milk over tea. Serve & Drink immediately.

To make it a Cocktail
Add 1oz of your favorite Gin (Hendricks would be our suggestion)
