- In a tumbler, muddle together the slapped mint leaves with a splash (or two) of pineapple juice until they're releasing oil
- Add 2 oz of your choice of Rum
- Cover with ice and stir until combined
- Fill with Nitro Hibiscus Tea and top with Berry Daiquiri Syrup
